VENUE: DRUMMOND TENNIS CLUB

In orange tennis (7 – 8 year olds) we:

• Combine technique with some tactics
• Learn to hit the ball deeper
• Incorporate match play
• And usually end with their favourite game of wipe-out
• Keep the lesson fast paced and have fun!

This is a natural progression from Mini red but there are still similarities. The racquets are still smaller, the courts are thinner and shorter than a full sized court and the balls are lower compression than a yellow tennis ball. This is aimed at children 7 – 8 year olds.

The classes will be based on both age and tennis experience.

Kids membership for Drummond Club is from £16 per annum. Kids’ racquets and balls provided. Please wear flat soled trainers to preserve the blaise courts.
